What SEEKD is
SEEKD is an interface to public programs on the Solana blockchain. It lets a wallet that holds a Seeker Genesis Token create a token and a bonding-curve pool, and lets any wallet trade against that pool. SEEKD never holds your funds or your keys. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet and is final once it confirms.
Who can launch
Launching requires a wallet that holds a Seeker Genesis Token at the time of launch. The token is read from Solana mainnet. The address of the Genesis Token and of the launching wallet are shown publicly on the coin. Buying and selling are open to any wallet.
What you may not launch
You are responsible for the name, ticker, picture, description and links of a coin you launch. Do not launch a coin that:
- impersonates a person, company or project, or uses work you have no right to use
- is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or promotes violence
- is deceptive about what it is, or promises returns
- breaks the law where you live
Reports and removal
Every coin page has a report button. A person reviews each report. A coin that breaks these terms is removed from the board, and the Genesis Token and wallet that launched it can be blocked from launching again. Removal from the board does not and cannot delete a token or a pool from Solana.
Risk
Coins launched here are created by other users, not by SEEKD. Most new tokens lose most or all of their value. Nothing on SEEKD is financial advice or an offer of an investment. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Fees
Trades on the bonding curve pay a 1% fee, enforced by the pool program. After the protocol's share, the fee is split evenly between SEEKD and the wallet that launched the coin. Solana network fees are paid by the wallet that sends the transaction.
No warranty
SEEKD is provided as is. It depends on the Solana network, third-party programs and RPC providers, any of which can fail. To the extent the law allows, SEEKD is not liable for losses from using it.
